24 Reasons why I LoVE My hUsbAnd!!!

Since Luke turned 24 this past week I thought i would give him a little tribute

because I love him like a fat kid loves cake!!!

So here are 24 reasons why he is the best.....

+1 He is kind to everyone
#24 He is bilingual, speaks Spanish
#23 He can always make me laugh
#22 His swagger/hip sway
#21 Has a strong testimony of the Gospel
#20 Believes that family comes first
#19 He always has time for me
#18 Because he can grow a mustache
#17 He went on a Mission to Spokane, Washington
#16 He is an amazing athlete
#15 The fact that he is 6'5 (i like to wear heels)
#14 His sense of humor and corny jokes
#13 Anytime anyone ever mentions his name...there is a smile that comes across their face
#12 He is an amazing speaker and teacher in the church
#11 He puts up with my temper tantrums and knows how to calm me down

#10 Such charisma...he really has a way with people
#9 He goes to school to get an education
#8 Luke always opens doors for me
7# He looks great in Action Slacks
#6 He doesn't stress over anything
#5 He always has a big smile on his face
#4 Kids adore him...especially his nieces and nephews
#3 He always has the best facial expressions
#2 Luke is a wonderful and loving Husband
#1 And lastly, just because he LOVES me and RESPECTS me

Its that time of year again!!!!

I love our birthdays being so close because its like the celebration lasts for a week!

Luke turned 24 and I turned 23.....almost a year apart exactly!!

Marissa Theler took me out for a B-day lunch at the Patissery in Lexington.

My SWEET hubby got me BEAUTIFUL yellow roses and a romantic card to go with it. I forgot to take a picture but, I got Luke "The Office" season 3 and a new jacket.

The Fabulous Debi and Gary came to visit us and bought us this huge cake! They left before we broke into it... but the Sharps were there to help us cut the cake! My co-workers and house boys didnt mind eating it in 2 days!!! My spanish class also had a good time singing happy birthday to me in Espanol.

Hello All!

Hey everyone! I know I put on a lot of pics and don't really say much of what is going on so I will write Y'all a little something. =) I am learning how to speak the ways of the south.....lol We are seriously having so much fun here and just enjoying every minute of it. The leaves have starting turning all sorts of colors! This is my favorite time of the year and I can actually now live through a real Fall season. =) So be expecting a Christmas pic with leaves surrounding us.
I am going to school part time as i work full time. Its tough but, will be worth it in the long run. I am taking a computer class to learn how to use a MAC. I take that class with Luke. I am also taking Spanish for the first time and a jogging class at 6:30am. Both are seriously kicking my butt!! I do however, feel myself improving a great deal...i can actually run 2 miles without passing out!

Luke has a full load with his classes and with his schedule is doing really well in them. He may be super busy but always finds time for me...and i love him for that. What can i say I am selfish, i don't like to share my husband with 70 other football players. =) I have been so proud of him and the way he balances his life. He has worked so hard in school and in his athletic commitments. I look at him in admiration. He is my hero.

We cannot wait to see our family and friends come Christmas time! We will be down in AZ December 19th through Jan. 1st. Let us know if you want to get together with us!
